Rubel keeps plunging against US dollar at BCSE
October 10, Pozirk. The rubel has depreciated to 3.3011 against the US dollar at the October 10 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE) after record lows were reported on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The Belarusian currency climbed to 3.62 per euro, 4.7156 per 10 Chinese yuan and 3.4205 per 100 Russian rubles.
Last week (September 30–October 4), the rubel lost 0.12 percent against the greenback, 0.42 percent against the EU currency and 0.63 percent against the yuan. It gained 0.52 percent against the Russian ruble.
The Belarusian currency lost 1.06 percent of its value against the dollar in the first nine months of 2024.
