Germany ready to investigate crimes against humanity on its territory – justice minister
October 15, Pozirk. Berlin is ready to focus on investigating crimes against humanity under universal jurisdiction provided that the Belarusian regime’s victims are on German territory, German Justice Minister Marco Buschmann has said in Berlin at a meeting with opposition leader Śviatłana Cichanoŭskaja and her associate Pavieł Łatuška.
Buschmann also said Germany will look into Lithuania’s referral on cross-border crimes against humanity involving Belarusian officials, submitted to the International Criminal Court prosecutor on September 30, reported the National Anti-crisis Management.
