Rubel gains against US dollar after hitting year’s low
November 6, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 3.3312 against the US at the November 6 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
The Belarusian currency also climbed to 4.6976 per 10 Chinese yuan but fell to 3.4197 per 100 Russian rubles.
The rubel has not traded against the euro and remained at 3.6435 against the European currency.
Last week (October 28–November 1), the rubel lost 0.72 percent against the dollar, 1.1 percent against the euro and 0.57 percent against the yuan, but gained 0.02 percent against the Russian currency.
The Belarusian currency lost 4.44 percent against the dollar in the first 10 months of 2024.
