Rubel keeps hitting record lows against US dollar at BCSE

November 12, Pozirk. The rubel has reached a new yearly low against the US dollar at the November 12 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE), depreciating to 3.3482.

The Belarusian currency also fell to 3.4208 per 100 Russian rubles but climbed to 4.6406 per 10 Chinese yuan and 3.5958 per euro.

Last week, with trading held from November 4 to 6, the rubel lost 0.33 percent against the dollar, 0.6 percent against the euro and 0.55 percent against the yuan, but gained 0.12 percent against the Russian currency.

The Belarusian currency lost 4.44 percent against the dollar in the first 10 months of 2024.
