Rubel hits new low against US dollar at BCSE

November 21, Pozirk. The rubel has depreciated to 3.415 against the US dollar at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE), plunging for the seventh consecutive trading session.

The Belarusian currency also fell to 3.5928 per euro and 4.7112 per 10 Chinese yuan but climbed to 3.3927 per 100 Russian rubles.

Last week (November 11–16), the rubel lost 1.46 percent of its value against the dollar but gained 0.96 percent against the Russian ruble, 2.02 percent against the euro and 0.35 percent against the yuan.

The Belarusian currency lost 4.44 percent of its value against the dollar in the first 10 months of 2024.
