Rubel rising against US dollar at BCSE on February 4

February 5, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 3.4122 against the US dollar at the February 5 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.

The Belarusian currency dropped to 3.5454 per euro, 4.6479 per 10 Chinese yuan and 3.4406 per 100 Russian rubles.

Last week (January 27 – 31), the rubel gained 0.42 percent against the dollar and 0.15 percent against the euro. It lost 0.06 percent against the yuan and 0.52 percent against the Russian ruble.

Rubel gained 1.73 percent against the dollar in January, after losing 9.32 percent of its value against the dollar last year.
